Our story

Founded by operators, built with operators.

PulseMenu was founded by hospitality veterans who lived the chaos of split shifts, stockouts, and five disconnected SaaS tools per venue. We set out to unify the systems restaurants actually use — bookings, menu, pricing, inventory, staffing — into a single intelligence layer.

Today we work with ambitious hospitality groups across Europe and the UK, embedded with their operations teams. We measure ourselves not by feature counts, but by how many decisions our platform helps operators make every week.
